Job Title: Operations and Fundraising Coordinator

Hours: Part-Time; 20 hours / week

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree from a 4-year university

  • Processor Leadership Style - the ability to tackle growth and scalability

  • Have good interpersonal skills

  • Work well with a tight-knit team

  • Operate well independently

  • Be willing to learn and train in Unplowed Ground Therapeutic Parenting

*Must be able to attend weekly staff meetings on Tuesdays from 8:30am - 12:30pm.*

Job Description:

  • Business Operations:

    • Organize and update personnel files

    • Meet yearly with King’s Ranch employees to go over job descriptions

    • Oversee our client management system

    • Meet with the Board Of Directors when needed

  • Property Management:

    • Oversee the Hogue Home on King’s Ranch Property

    • Manage family stays for Intensives

    • Manage any respite stays taking place at the Hogue Home

    • Manage the airbnb side of the Hogue Home (on off season months)

    • Schedule cleaning in between stays

    • Must be gifted in hospitality to make our families feel welcome

  • Fundraising: 

    • Brainstorm and plan fundraising events for King’s Ranch. 

    • Reach out to individual donors and businesses to underwrite special events for King’s Ranch. 

    • Recruit business and individual donors to give regularly to King’s Ranch. Must be able to explain to donors what we do and how we serve families. Must be willing to give a direct ask for money to individuals in person, over the phone, and on text.
